Our Policies

BILLING

Please refer all billing questions to the TutorHorn call center. Tutors do not have access to billing information.

We invoice our clients AFTER the lesson for: 

  • Lessons they attended 
  • Lessons they missed (a lesson is considered missed if a student is more than 15 minutes late) 

We do not bill our clients for: 

  • Lessons they cancelled or re-scheduled (any time prior to the scheduled start time of the lesson) 

PAYMENT

Payment in full must be received for all past due invoices prior to scheduling additional lessons. Payment is due when the lesson is complete. Weekly credit arrangements may be approved by TutorHorn after credit with TutorHorn is established by paying for three or more lessons on time. We also offer discounts when payments are made in advance of lessons and 5 or more hours of sessions are purchased at a time.

We accept payment online through our secure payment system. We use STRIPE to process our payments. Stripe is an industry leader and your security is their top concern.
